
原理:把纸平放在离心机放鞋子的托盘上,样品鞋牢固地固定在托盘里,然后往鞋子内部加入一定深度的水,最后启动机器,托盘在带有垂直轴的离心机上由慢速至中速直至高速地旋转,这样水鞋子里面地的水就对鞋子内部施加一定的压强,此压强远大于人脚正常穿着,运动时外部水对鞋面材料的压强,更远大于目前有些传统测试,“脸盘泡水”产生的压强,检测时间一般为30-60分钟,防水检测结束,打开离心机把样品取出,如鞋子漏水,放在托盘的纸就会湿,同时,离心机外围的透明亚克力也会出现明显的水珠最后把鞋子里的水倒出,用烘干机进行烘干,最后解剖样鞋寻找漏水原因,进而进行改善。设备用途:离心测试

Principle:Place the paper flat on the tray of the centrifugewhere the shoes are placed. Secure the sample shoes firmlyin the tray.Then, add a certain depth of water into the shoes.Finally, start the machine. The traywill rotate on thecentrifuge with a vertical axis,accelerating from a slowspeed to a medium speed and then to a high speed. In thisway, the water inside the shoes will exert a certain pressureon the inside of the shoes. This pressure is much greaterthan the pressure exerted by the external water on the uppermaterial when the human foot is normally wearing andmoving, and it is even much greater than the pressuregenerated by some traditional tests such as "soaking in abasin".
