机器特点

主結構為主機架、電控箱、上下分條刀、進料膠输、傳動滚翰、凰梨刀、電機等組成，切粒機速度960分/轉，電通過皮带輪經皮带傅動凰梨刀主轴进行分條切粒，料粒長度為2.65m/m;主轴探用中碳鋼装作，鳳梨刀探用TCT製作，鳳梨刀主轴經外圆磨床磨過，以保證其同心度;定刀探用鎢製作而成，不易磨损，持久耐用，主轴轴承探用进口UCF轴承，保證主轴經受力及韩動的穩定性。
