Device Purpose:

This machine is used for the shaping, activation, sterilization,and mildew prevention of shoe uppers or soles.This machine is suitable for applying glue to the upper andthe outsole after the shoe is lasted, drying and activating theglue, and then proceeding with the sole attaching process. ltis the preferred model for lean production and is alsosuitable for the development work in the sample room.It uses near-infrared lamps for irradiation. The light wavespenetrate the shoe upper and the glue layer of the outsole,achieving rapid drying and activation. The upper layer isequipped with a Teflon tray, and the lower layer is equippedwith an adjustable last frame, enabling the shoe upper andthe sole to be aligned in layers for drying and activation,thus achieving the best fitting effect.
